Kimber is a beautiful long coat black and red female, she has excellent structure and a very thick solid build. She has amazing movement, a lovely top- line and she moves like the wind.
Since arriving at WindRidge in 2024 Kimber has adapted quickly and is enjoying being a family & ranch dog. Always delighted to go on outings exploring our property, she truly enjoys exploring all the new locations and experiences with her human family. She is always excited to see everyone and quick to say hi, get pets and leave a kiss.
When meeting new people, male dogs, and puppies of all ages, Kimber is calm, confident, joyful and she has been known to gently jump up and give hugs when asked. Kimber likes to play with the other dogs but when people are around you can be sure that she will be right there with them no matter what else the other dogs are doing. She is super focused on people and lives to do anything they ask of her. She LOVES her training toys and balls.
While she is a super fun-loving, loyal, and playful adult that takes everything in excepting and experienced stride. She is easy to handle, quick to learn with her willing temperament, incredible confidence, and knowledgeable manners, she also knows when to turn off her energy to be calm and serious. She sleeps indoors, loves her crate and does not dig, climb or destroy belongings.
Hips: Normal (a1) Elbows: Normal (a1), DM Normal (N/N) by DNA, Cardiac Normal, Eyes Normal, Embark Clear, Spayed, UTD on vaccinations, internal and external parasite free.
Kimber will do best in her retirement home with: active teen or adults with large breed experience and commonsense, she has zero aggression with humans of any age, she does have a massive tail that is happy and energetic, she makes quick turns-comes in fast and is currently 83 plus lbs of joy and enthusiasm that she loves to share and occasionally forgets the fundamental concept of ''personal space''.
She does, at times-talk back and when excited she wants to control the conversation. She loves to explore, travel, adventures, meeting new humans and male dogs of all ages. She WILL not do well with female dogs. She has no experience with felines or farm animals.
